  • The item must have tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • Items must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been worn, used, or altered.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Manufacturer Direct items: All items shipped via our Manufacturer Direct Shipping option are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. Please review the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
